Terms
Earning and redeeming
- Earn 1 check for every $5 of fare. Tips don't count.
- Rewards: 50 checks for $10 off, 120 checks for $30 off, 350 checks for $130 off.
- Payments must go through Square. Tell your driver at payment if you'd like to redeem a reward.
- One reward per ride.
Expiration
- Checks expire 18 months after they're earned. You'll get a reminder before they expire.
- A reward can be applied to a prepaid scheduled ride, so the ride itself can happen after the checks would have expired.
- Redeemed rewards aren't restored if a prepaid ride is cancelled.
Rules
- Only one person per ride earns checks, and that person must be in the car.
- Rides by partner drivers don't earn checks.
- Checks can't be transferred, have no cash value, and can't be used for gift cards or account credit.
- Buying a gift card doesn't earn checks, but spending one does.
- The program may be changed or ended at any time.
